What are our Terms and Conditions?


How long will it take for my product to arrive?

We not only ship to Australia and New Zealand we also ship worldwide. We ship the same day as the order is placed, as long as it is before 2 pm. On average it takes our customers to 1-3 Business days to receive our items in the mail within Australia.

If you missed our delivery by Australia Post or Sendle, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

A restocking fee of 20% of the total order plus freight charges will be incurred if the package is returned to Active Skin by Australia Post or Sendle.

Do we refund?

Of course!

We do refund, however, we only refund if the product is faulty. All returns must be done within 7 days of purchase and must include an RFG # obtained from an Active Skin Staff member. We do not refund or replace items until we have physically received the items back to our warehouse.
